نحترم في Vell خصوصيتكِ، ونتعامل مع بياناتكِ بنفس العناية التي نصنع بها منتجاتنا. توضح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف نحميها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف، ورقم هاتف بديل إن أضفتِه.
- عنوان التوصيل: المدينة والمنطقة والشارع وأقرب نقطة دالة.
- تفاصيل الطلب: المنتجات والكميات والمبالغ وطريقة الدفع وكود الخصم إن وُجد.
- بيانات حسابكِ في الموقع إن أنشأتِ حساباً: البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل المحفوظ وسجل طلبياتكِ. كلمة المرور لا نطّلع عليها، وتُحفظ مشفّرة لدى مزوّد خدمة الحسابات.
- الرسائل التي تتبادلينها معنا عبر واتساب، بما فيها رموز التحقق التي نرسلها لتسجيل الدخول.
- إن اخترتِ الدخول بحساب Google: نستلم من Google اسمكِ وبريدكِ الإلكتروني وصورة حسابكِ فقط، ولا نطّلع على كلمة مرور Google ولا على أي بيانات أخرى في حسابكِ.
لا نطلب بيانات البطاقات المصرفية، فالدفع يتم عند الاستلام فقط.
كيف نستخدم بياناتكِ
- تجهيز طلبكِ وتوصيله إليكِ.
- إرسال رسائل تخص طلبكِ عبر واتساب، مثل تأكيد الطلب وموعد التوصيل.
- الرد على استفساراتكِ، وإبلاغكِ بتوفر منتج طلبتِ التنبيه عليه.
- تسجيل دخولكِ إلى حسابكِ، وحفظ عنوانكِ، وعرض طلبياتكِ السابقة.
لا نبيع بياناتكِ، ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية إلا لمن طلبها.
مع من نشارك البيانات
- شركات التوصيل التي نتعامل معها، وذلك فقط بالقدر اللازم لتوصيل طلبكِ (الاسم والهاتف والعنوان والمبلغ المطلوب تحصيله).
- مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية الذين نعتمد عليهم في تشغيل المتجر، مثل WhatsApp (Meta) للرسائل ورموز التحقق، وSupabase لإدارة الحسابات وتسجيل الدخول، وGoogle لمن تختار الدخول بحساب Google، وخدمات استضافة الموقع وإدارة الطلبات وإنشاء بوليصات الشحن.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة ومتابعة الطلبات والالتزامات المحاسبية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها غير مرتبطة بهويتكِ.
حقوقكِ
يحق لكِ طلب الاطلاع على بياناتكِ أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، بما في ذلك حذف حسابكِ بالكامل، أو إيقاف أي رسائل منا، في أي وقت، عبر مراسلتنا على واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.

At Vell we respect your privacy and handle your data with the same care we put into our products.
Data we collect
Your name, phone number (and an optional alternative number), delivery address (city, area, street, nearest landmark), order details (products, quantities, amounts, payment method, discount code), the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, and, if you create an account, your email, phone, saved address and order history. We never see your password; it is stored encrypted by our accounts provider. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us; we never see your Google password or any other data in your Google account. We never ask for card details; payment is made on delivery.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, to send you order-related WhatsApp messages (confirmation, delivery updates), to answer your questions, and to tell you when a product you asked about is back in stock. We do not sell your data and only send marketing messages to people who asked for them.
Who we share it with
Delivery companies, limited to what is needed to deliver your order; and the technical providers that run our store, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and verification codes, Supabase for accounts and sign-in, Google for customers who sign in with Google, and services for website hosting, order management and waybill generation.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service, follow up on orders and meet accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data (including deleting your account), or to stop receiving messages from us, at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +218 92 119 1900 or by email at hello@vellbeauty.com.
